Job Description:
Seeking a Full Time Receptionist/Admin for a front desk position to answer phones and perform a
variety of administrative and clerical tasks. 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen and forward all incoming phone calls.
- Welcome and direct guests upon arrival.
- Order and inventory office supplies.
- Assist other departments throughout organization
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as Receptionist, or related position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with office equipment (fax machines, copiers, printers, etc.)
- Pleasant, professional attitude, appearance and communication skills required.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multi task, prioritize work and time manage work efficiently.
- CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE A PLUS
